Level Up and Take Off seeks to create future leaders by creating more diversity in aviation by providing exposure and flight training to underserved communities.
In addition, we aim to educate young inner-city adults on the real estate industry as well as provide guidance and insight on financial management and financial independence.
OUR MISSION
Level Up and Take Off is committed to promoting diversity, inclusion, and equitability in aviation, real estate, and financial management by providing inner-city youth with opportunities to gain practical hands-on experience within each industry.
We will accomplish our mission by hosting financial management and real estate, seminars, workshops, career training, and providing private pilot courses, ground school classes, and offering free or reduced-cost flight training.
Upon completing our programming, our graduates will have acquired the fundamentals for careers within these fields that lack representation within minority communities.
FOUNDER
Anthony Messam
Anthony Messam’s desire to make aviation more accessible for his family prompted the birth of Level Up And Take Off. Although Anthony Messam had access to aviation high school, Messam experienced and witnessed the consistent financial roadblocks that seemed to hold the community back from collectively moving forward in aviation.
